Works fine when I first bought it a week and a half ago now the app doesnt work at all and it never connects them Google maps from iOS 5S phone . App crashes. Now last five days wont record sleep.

I was really loving my nabu X I ordered but lately the app has been crashing every time and has tons of problems every time I sink. I am extremely disappointed and my X is going to go back into the junk drawer. Im definitely switching to Fitbit.

The app crashes when I open it and this is a recent event. My husband has a Nabu band also & is experiencing the same problem. Needs an update/fix.

I love my nabu watch but the app always spits me out of the app and it is really annoying

Uninstall the app, delete your device from the Bluetooth section in your settings app. Reinstall app. Re pair device through Nabu app. Crashing is fixed

Unlike the last few updates, I did not have to delete the app, repair my Nabu X, or login. Giving 4 stars for now, hopefully this is a "good update"

Upon updating my razer nabu I came to log in to change my alarm settings and I found myself logged out trying to re long into my account razer bans me on failed login

The band itself is great. The app was really bad at first but after the update some of the bugs are gone. Still some bugs left, like trouble with syncing data on occasion.

My app isnt saving the sync data. Everyday it starts over. I cant look at the past weeks information. Id like to review my progress but cant!!!

Crushes every single time.

I love the razer band. Helpful when I am out and about. The only issue I have is the constant reset I need to do with it when I open it on my iPhone. Just once I would like to open the app without it reverting back to its default.

I got an older version because I have an iOS 1.7.9 not 8 because I have an iPhone 4s the band is great app needs to improve

or does this app not connect to anyones nabu if u got the nabu during the race to buy one they had a year ago as it sure seems like it doesnt connect to mind. well razer i wont be buying a new nabu if that was ur plan!

The Razer Nabu is amazing but the app holding them back. It takes multiple times to sync to actually sync my data. If Razer improves the app it would so amazing

The app itself is nice, but I loose the history of the information collected. Indeed, for the previous days, the number of steps or km walked disappear, or show a wrong information on the dashboard. I have to go on the details of the item I want to check to obtain the real value. Seems a problem of synchronization of the data. Would be a 4 stars otherwise

It crashs at the opening.

I have a Nabu X that worked perfectly with The Old app. I downloaded this one And it Just keeps crashing all the time. I cant do anything. Please guys, fix it. (I have the iPhone 5C with the latest iOS installed).

It is crashing everytime i open it. I cant seem to connect my Razer Nabu due to this crash problem. Im using the iPhone 6s Plus with the latest iOS update.

Please update your App to iPhone 6 and 6 Plus, otherwise it is very good

I wish I could use this app, but i need A Nabu for it!
