App doesnt open and keeps crashing. Since my nabu cant connect to the app, its memory is full.
Since the new update the all always crashes and de syncs My watch causing to loose all data every day
I cant even get in now!!! It crashes after 1.5 seconds This really sucks
The product is great, the app has been a dud for quite some time and razer seems to not care in the least. Cant have one without the other.
I havent experienced any crashes since purchasing my Nabu. This is my first piece of wearable tech and I love it, since I often have my phone on silent and forgot to check it, havent missed a call from my boyfriend since.

This app is pure garbage it cant connect to my phone tells me to try again. That there is another band close by. Funny thing is there isnt. If it does connect it reset the band to the stupid 24hr clock.

Please fix the software. It crashes a lot and updates my device incorrectly all the time.
Please dont spend any money if you need to use this app. Its been updated over and over and still is literally the worst app. It crashes every time I open it, and doesnt connect half the time to my nabu x. The product is really cool but wont work correctly because the app is just poop.
This app used to work semi ok before some updates. As of this update it keeps crashing. Not only the app but my phone (iPhone 6 64GB). It also hasnt been syncing very well. The stats dont match.
The problem I encounter with this app is that every time I turn off the bluetooth from my phone for two days, the app always force close when I open it again and need to reinstall. Please fix this. Thank you.
After a reinstall, the app now refuses to log in after multiple tries with the correct account information. The app needs some serious fixing before I even consider changing this review or buying another wearable from razer.
After this most recent update, I cant even open the app. Not that it was really great beforehand. Hoping Razer redesigns the app from the ground up because as it stands, its pretty bad.
Nabu is a great product but this is the worst app ever.
Every time I try to open it, it crashes. Tried reinstalling and everything. No change. Ive had this app since 2015 when I still had a nabu X and it still crashes with my nabu watch. I use it on an iPhone 6s. Been waiting for an update on it but still has yet to come out with a bug fix. Love razer products but this app needs a lot of work. I see many people have no problems with the app. Wheres my luck?
