App is horrible!

Still crashes, I cant even get it to find my nabu now...can I please get a refund?!? Old review: App wont stop crashing, if it does stay open for longer then a few seconds it just keeps syncing and disconnecting. Says I need to update but crashes every time I try.

Works flawless

I dont know what all the complaints are about. The device and app work flawless. And its integration with the apple HealthKit is perfect. I had a Fitbit charge at three times the price but trashed it because it did not integrate with the HealthKit. The sleep log editor could be improved. Ie. More granular. But aside from that I am happy.

Still broken!!

Right when I got it. It worked for a few days. Then stopped logging. Even though it was synced. It would actually erase the data at the end of the day. Then it worked for a while week! Now I have 2 days of data in the last 3 weeks. I know its connected because it tells me Im out of range often. Frustrating-update... If it werent for the iOS health app.. I would have No data!!

The Nabu devices are amazing, but the app isnt

The app is very buggy and does not sync with the device properly. Ive send bug reports and it took a week for a bot to send a copy/pasted response that didnt help. The fitness tracker as well as the sleep tracker can be inaccurate and sometimes the app signs you out after a period of no use. Horrible experience.

Its all been said, but

The Nabu is very good, the app is very bad: - The UI is horrible - It crashes all the time - There is no "Smart Coach" like with UP - The sleep tracking doesnt seem accurate compared to the UP - You get logged out of the app all the time Rader are an amazing company, its surprising theyve let this app stay in "beta" mode for so long. Hopefully theyll update it soon while I still love wearing my Nabu...

Broken app and poor product as well

Overall its a poor quality app, too many bugs and still no fixes. I own the Nabu 2015 so far I am on my third Nabu, my first Nabu, had issues with one of the screws so it was returned and i was given a new one. My second one I went into the shower with (which it is marketed as being able to be worn in a shower) and after that one shower, the Nabu started shutting of and resetting at random point as well as turning off for 3-4 days until finally starting up, that Nabu was exchanged like the first one. As for the third one Im hoping this will last because at this point Im disappointed with Razer and if it fails i will be asking for a full refund.

Back to being crap

With the latest update its finally working like its supposed to. About time they decided to fix it. All in all very wonderful band as long as they keep doing updates we should be fine Update: its back to being absolutely terrible. So useless it doesnt store any information and logs me off every time. Such an easy fix, come on razer

Horrible app

Syncs my data no problem. Syncs my steps. Counts them and all, but often it just erases my data from the graphs! Like I can walk 12,000 steps on Monday and I come back to see my steps on Tuesday and they are all gone! Its incredibly stupid. How can you release such a faulty app. Fix it!!!! I would like to see my steps all the time and see them synced and also track my progress but I cant do that if you cant save my data! Awesome watch, horrible app.

Awesome Watch , Terrible App Ruins It Though..

I love my razer keyboard / mouse . So decided to get the "razer watch" , it works great , i get tons of compliments , but you need the app to run the "smart features" but the app always crashes , signs you out ALL the time , so you have to keep resigning in . It seriously needs work . A stable and easy to use app would make this product a 5 stars , but now its just a "meh , 2.5 stars" for me . App gets a 1 star..

App needs work

The Nabu device is great, the app, not so great. Ive been having syncing problems and lost an entire week of data because it wouldnt sync correctly. The app also seems to lag a lot.

The app is a complete joke. It crashes , there is tons of bugs , logs you out etc. Hopefully they update the app. The watch on the other hand works great if you are able to pair it up! I rate it only one star FOR THE APP needs lots of work.

I dont know whats going on with your Dev team, but they need to get it together. I love my Nabu Watch, and get complemented all the time. But dealing with your app is easily the worst thing ever. Its like yall gave a blind monkey the app for testing, and checked off on it when he didnt immediately throw the phone. Tl;dr Fix your app its broken as hell and I will be asking for a refund if its not fixed soon.

This APP is total crAPP!

The newest update worked well for about a week. Now in the past week I cannot get it to count any steps even tho it claims it syncs. I have paired the device multiple times to no avail. The App renders the Nabu Razr useless. Fix it folks! Or forget it!

Put more time into it

I mean, its a great device and all. But sometimes the app isnt up to par with the device. It will sometimes crash, not keep yesterdays records, and will always lag when syncing. Im just asking, please Razer, put more time into the app

App is absolutely terrible

The settings dont save, the syncing messes up my steps/distance for each day. The nabu will become unlinked at random times and will need to be relinked with the app. Probably the worst app Ive ever used. Please fix.

Love the device, hate the app.

I got the nabu x as a gift for Christmas and have been using it sense the. I have no problem or complaint with the hardware but the app is driving me crazy. It has noticeably slowed my phone down. It is unusable because it is so slow and laggy. The app has only gotten worse and there has not been a patch to fix it. 1/5 because it simply does not work.

Long Time Customer! First bad experience

Id like to start off by saying I have owned many razer products in the past, currently all of my gaming peripherals excluding audio are razer products. I have owned maybe 15 different razer devices products and never had a bad experience until now. I followed the smartwatch development and opted in to the multiple presales for a Nabu for about a year before release without any word back. But as a loyal customer decided to give it a try as I was attracted to the look. First off, the sizing chart on your website for the nabu indicated I was a large size. When it came I learned it was too large (by a lot) so I had to contact customer support and pay to ship it back and get a smaller band. But thats not why Im writing this review... I have had the nabu for some months now and at least tried to use it everyday. And as others I have read have already stated, the software for this device is absolute garbage. It closes more times by crashing then me manually closing it. The syncing Is another main issue, one minute it will see my device and import the data to my app, and the next it cannot find it and the only way to solve the issue is to delete your watch and add it as a new watch. Its now at the point where I have to write a review (which I have never done) to tell you that this product that I payed $100 for has software that makes it unusable, and I consider myself more technology oriented then most. If I wasnt I would of given up on this watch a long time ago. If not updated soon I will be switching and telling those considering a smartwatch to avoid razer products. Thanks
