New update may 12th 2016 , app is crashing, i could not open! Also, my nabu was pairing completely perfect before this new update now it always disconnect

This app sucks as it is. The sleep graphs are useless and pathetic. I bought this to try it and I work at Best Buy and instruct my team to steer people clear away from it as much as possible. Now it crashes instantly upon opening.. Razer quality has dropped significantly over the years and this is just making it worse.

This is pish poor design at its finest from a company that thinks they are the best in the gaming world. You will regret getting their watch, Im on my second one and it has worse problems than the first..... GARBAGE

i am so happy that nabu x finally got an updated apps but there is some problem i need to point out is about the alarm the alarm will only vibrate 4 time and back to normal,it is impossible to wake people up by this setting hope the alarm can vibrate until i stop it. and i hope can adjust the weak or storng of the vibration by myself just like the old nabu x apps thank you.

Whats the point for us to buy the nabu if your apps cannot sign in or register.

And the old fitness app does not support iOS 9.

Otherwise ok.

I love the hardware, so I could get over having to login every time I open the app, I could get over the app resetting itself when I login so I have to go change my wrist placement so it displays correctly, I could get over it completely losing all my data or seemingly not bothering to save it IF it would just send the data to the health app. It doesnt so this app gets 1 star until they decide to actually create an app.

I want to start with I really do like the razer nabu, but the app really needs some work. It would be nice to stay signed in on the app instead of signing in every other day, which Im making doing to change the settings. That being said it would also be great if my nabu setting didnt keep getting set back to the defaults in what is almost a biweekly chore. Other than these two issues I have, which I would think would be large issues, the device works great for my purposes.

I updated hoping that some of the problems would be fixed. I do not know if they are fixed though, because every time I open the app it immediately crashes

It still has so musch lag and sometimes it even crashes, wished for something better in this update..

What fix? Why you always lyin? It also keeps crashing.

So I dont normally write reviews on apps unless I feel there are serious bugs. I absolutely love the Nabu watch and the Nabu X Ive used both of these products and they both work great. But one recurring theme with both of these products is that the app doesnt want to connect with either of these devices. At first I thought that because I was using an iPhone 4s that maybe the app was having trouble but then I upgraded the iPhone SE and Im still having trouble with the app. First, almost every time I open the app I have to log back into my Razer account. Second, because I have to log back in all my setting are reset. Third, when I go and try to update my settings, half of the time I have to close the app and reopen it and then just maybe when I try to change the settings they will stay.

Got the razor nabu based on a review of a friend. Loved it up until the new software update that crashes every time I open the app. Besides the fact that for about two days before the update the band wasnt giving my proper amount steps at all.

Crashes as soon as it you start it

I dont mind the device at all. Its light and easy to wear. Its the app that makes it worse. It never seems to sync quickly or correctly when I use it. It says I have more steps but when I check back, thousands of steps have disappeared suddenly. Now with this new update, the app wont even open. Barely even worth it if the app doesnt work properly.

Dont make an app mandatory if youre not going to bugfix it. It crashes on launch.
