Getting really upset with this app it tracked the steps for 3 weeks after I got it, now it doesnt track anything because it never stays logged in. POS app if you ask me.

Until today, I was still using the combination of the Nabu X utility & fitness apps. I was wondering why my device kept disconnecting from my phone, and why I couldnt access the fitness app at all. Coming from the not-for-ios9 apps to this has been quite refreshing. So far (again, only 1 day of use) its been working well, and I like that multiple alarms can now be set, along with customizing the notification lights. First impression: the app is working for me, and the added functions are nice. Only 4 stars because I had to search for information before I found out that the old Nabu apps werent compatible with iOS 9, and that there was a "new" app for the X (older app, but new functionality in-app). Still, it works, and doesnt appear to have any issues as of yet.

Great overall app and good control over the Nabu. However one fix is that there is no way to have no goals, you are forced to have one. Five star app if it had this!

I got this for Christmas and loved it then the update came out and now I have to reconnect my band every other day. And I have to sign in every time I want to check it. Why cant I just stay logged in? And the navigation on the app could be a little easier. Like trying to find where to set the alarm was tricky.

I love the Razer Nabu. However, the app is awful. Sometimes even leaving the app open you will have to log back in each session. The app wont auto sync upon opening and you will have to force it to update. Even then, sometimes you will need to log out then back in to see the data. Sometimes it will shutdown unexpectedly.

This app used to work semi ok before some updates. As of this update it keeps crashing. Not only the app but my phone (iPhone 6 64GB). It also hasnt been syncing very well. The stats dont match.

This app really needs to be fixed before anyone buys a Nabu. It works great as a digital watch with alerts from your iPhone but if you want it to track distance sleep or whatever it is junk. Every time the app goes to sleep and asks you to log in everything is reset and you have to change your setting again which is a pain and none of your past days of activity are saved. Razer fix this app your really going down as a company in my mind since you need to hire good app programmers and fire your current bad ones.

The smart band is fine. But the app really disappointing. Keep crashing! And seems no update to fix this problem.

Ive had my Nabu since September 2015 but I avoid syncing my Nabu since it will always reset my display settings and lags horribly when attempting to swipe between days - dont even get me started on trying to sync more than one day. Its pretty much a nice watch/fitness tracker but I dont bother trying to sync my data to use the graphs since the app is so poorly made. Having to log in every time is annoying too.

I am disappointed. Razer usually make great stuff. Not sure if it the device or the app but the app often has incorrect information in it. Keeps making me log in and now it is missing all of the previous days data. Export to apple health for sure to keep track. Do not buy. It keeps logging me out of the app and my data is always gone this is a problem.

When I first got the nabu in January everything was fine. All the features worked and nothing was bugged on the device nor the app. Now either the most recent update or one of them has broken the app completely. It lags when you even just touch anything in the app and nothing makes it work. Not even closing the app makes it work. Also, it doesnt send the data to health kit so your fitness data is literally only accessible on the nabu app that doesnt work when you touch anything.

The only reason Im writing a bad review is I want this app to be good. I love every razer product, Im a pc gamer and everything I have is razer but this app is terrible compared to what razer can do. I know they can make a good app and thats what I want to see for my new razer watch.
