UPDATE 5/13/16: The app still freezes and doesnt sync for like thirty minutes every time I open it. -------------------------- At first, everything went well. The app ran fast and saved and synced almost immediately. Now, when I open the app, it is laggy, takes forever to finally sync, and makes days of data disappear and reappear the next day. The steps, etc. are all counted correctly through the Nabu X but the app itself is slow and clunky, and doesnt always work correctly. Its super slow. Sometimes, I try to add sleep (on days when it didnt register) and I can try and add it over and over and every time I do it, it is blank again once I go back to the sleep page. Overall: Slow app, needs lots of work, great product with a poor app which limits the easiness of the Nabu. Makes me wish there was an alternate app I could use.

When i download the app,it said that nabu cannot download right now what is happening razer i bought nabu watch today dont make me dissappoint razer =___=

So I dont normally write reviews on apps unless I feel there are serious bugs. I absolutely love the Nabu watch and the Nabu X Ive used both of these products and they both work great. But one recurring theme with both of these products is that the app doesnt want to connect with either of these devices. At first I thought that because I was using an iPhone 4s that maybe the app was having trouble but then I upgraded the iPhone SE and Im still having trouble with the app. First, almost every time I open the app I have to log back into my Razer account. Second, because I have to log back in all my setting are reset. Third, when I go and try to update my settings, half of the time I have to close the app and reopen it and then just maybe when I try to change the settings they will stay.

I absolutely love my nabu smart band. However this app is a complete nightmare! At least every other day it crashes forcing me to log in. Once Ive logged back in ALL my device settings are reset back to default, and then syncing my settings back on will fail once or twice!! Its absolutely frustrating!!!! Come on razer! What happened to quality??!?

App constantly logs me out, and when it does it resets all my Nabus settings. So I pretty much have to start over everyone I open the app. On top of that, the app is really laggy....and rarely does it actually sync anything from the band. Im never able to look at my sleep pattern. The band it self is really nice, and works great...but the app is so bad that its almost impossible to use the band.

This app is useless. Constantly crashes, sign in and syncing issues every time I try to use the app. Now that I cant get my Nabu to sync it says memory full blocking any notifications to appear on the smart and. Terrible design. Stay away from any Nabu products until they redesign the app.

Title. The nabu used to last six days after a week of use it only last two days now. I get so many malfunctions in the app it is so difficult to use. Update the app and the software.

So, Im just going to start off saying that I have had the Razer Nabu X for a couple months now and I just love the device! Everything about it is awesome... But the app is a total different story. The app is glitchy whenever you touch or swipe anywhere on the screen and it freezes often, way to often.. Also, the tracking your steps and distance feature is wayyy off. I could walk one mile and it would say I walked .5 miles or like 2 miles. And the sleeptracking doesnt detect when you stop and lay down and are inactive (sleeping). You have to manually tell it when you are with the app, and when you have to restart the app every five seconds... Well, you get my point. So i guess what Im trying to say is great device, not so great app.

or does this app not connect to anyones nabu if u got the nabu during the race to buy one they had a year ago as it sure seems like it doesnt connect to mind. well razer i wont be buying a new nabu if that was ur plan!

Like the last version, the new utility does nothing but crash back to the home screen so its still unusable. Without a working app, my fitness band is just an awkward looking fashion accessory.

So far, Ive not experienced any issues with this update and my Nabu X.

This app has such a good idea but never works. Doesnt keep data from past days even if you connect every day and never stays synced. It also signs me out regularly

If I dont open the app every single day, it signs me out. Which isnt a huge deal. But then when I sign back in, it resets all of the setting on my Nabu. I have to change the wrist placement setting, add the remote control function back on, do every customization over again. Its frustrating. I just want the software to be as good, or even half as good, as the hardware.

Razer, You have a sleek useful device which is currently rendered useless on iOS by an app that DOES NOT work. Notifications for GMaps and general apps does not work: All apps get the same LED and Vibrations. It uses whichever setting you were in last. Store profiles in iCloud: Use iCloud! App settings sync to iCloud as a backup which saves me time. Dropouts: If I have to turn off bluetooth for any reason, I run the risk of the app no longer sending notifications to my Nabu X REQUEST: I want to use this to wake me up but the alerts for alarms are ao short that it is incapable of waking me. Why not allow us to set the alarm to vibrate until we double/triple tap the band? REQUEST: Why not allow single tap on the band to perform an action like the Nabus function button?

Im really disappointed with the app.

I cant even get past setup. Been having massive problems with the apps for the nabu x since I got it.
