Ive had my Nabu since September 2015 but I avoid syncing my Nabu since it will always reset my display settings and lags horribly when attempting to swipe between days - dont even get me started on trying to sync more than one day. Its pretty much a nice watch/fitness tracker but I dont bother trying to sync my data to use the graphs since the app is so poorly made. Having to log in every time is annoying too. Edit 5/12/2016: Newest update immediately crashes upon opening and syncing for a few seconds, making it even less usable than before :( I just want to change my Nabu settings

App crashes immediately after opening, also the notifications dont always work needs some serious attention

Doesnt accurately count steps when it is working, but with the new update it crashes as soon as it loads. Also, none of the past weeks activity shows up until its at least two weeks in the past

After the update today it wont stay open long enough to see if they fixed the previous issues... Whats the point of buying the Nabu if you cant even use their own app?? HORRIBLE!!!

Come on Razer fix your app again you said you fixed the bugs but you didnt! Fix your app cause I have a Nabu and I need the app to sync my data come on Razer fix your app! For now I give it a one star, fix your app!!!!!

Thanks for updating! My Nabu X feels solid and accurate with this app.

The app instantly crashes on startup

Ive had my nabu watch for a few months now and there always seems to be something going on. From missing days, to having to sign in, to failed syncs. The last update tossed a monkey wrench in. The app is always force closing. Tried rebooting phone but No luck. Razer please fix app.

finally got the update for my nabu which I stopped wearing months ago since the app was trash, and I can say right up front my nabu is going back in the drawer. the app is still terrible and crashes and logs me out every ten seconds, and you can tell with other reviews and the apps 1.5 star rating that people are unsatisfied as well. please fix this Razer, as you guys are a great company that gamers trust but youre letting us all down with this trash you call an app that is necessary for the nabu

Im really disappointed with the app. And with this new update you guys totally ruined your reputation. The worst app ever from a big company.

I had to redownload the app after he new update because it just kept crashing, but now it is perfect!!! Just what I was hoping for with the new update. I will definitely recommend this fitness band to everyone. It works flawlessly so far.

If I dont open the app every single day, it signs me out. Which isnt a huge deal. But then when I sign back in, it resets all of the setting on my Nabu. I have to change the wrist placement setting, add the remote control function back on, do every customization over again. Its frustrating. I just want the software to be as good, or even half as good, as the hardware. 05-12-16 Update: The app immediately crashes upon opening. I was actually hopeful. But I suppose that was a mistake.

I am disappointed. Razer usually make great stuff. Not sure if it the device or the app but the app often has incorrect information in it. Keeps making me log in and now it is missing all of the previous days data. Export to apple health for sure to keep track. Do not buy. It keeps logging me out of the app and my data is always gone this is a problem. After update. The app crashes as soon as I open it. Tried killing restarting and even turning off Bluetooth

This thing always crashes, it records the information when it feels like it, and now with the new update when it opens it crashes right away... FIRE the programmers they are worthless...

Like many others have stated previously I love the watch. However the app was ok at most, and after the recent update it just crashes on startup making it unusable! Razer needs to invest into software development if they want to stay competitive in the field of wearable devices. Seriously how can you put an app on a market that wont even open on startup, did anyone even test it first?

Works fine when I first bought it a week and a half ago now the app doesnt work at all and it never connects them Google maps from iOS 5S phone

Come on razer. I really enjoyed the app and tracking my fitness. With the newest update it just crashes as I open it.
